Due to the nature of our services (dream interpretation and remote consultations), all payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the consultation session has started.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving the service (e.g., the consultant did not respond, or the session could not be completed), please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled session. We will review your case and, at our sole discretion, may offer compensation or a refund.
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible to request a refund or reschedule your session.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, Dream management reserves the right to accept or decline your refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Your request will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 3 business days.
Dream reserves the right to refuse any refund request if the service was already delivered or in cases of misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
